Amphisol® K
An anionic O/W anionic emulsifier that has similar constructs with phospholipid, HLB value is 9.6, is an extremely mild PEG-free emulsifier and can form liquid crystal structures. Is easy to operate and only requires a low dosage (1-3%) to form an even and stable emulsion. It’s suitable for a wide range of pH value. The optimal pH value is 5.5-6.0.
