Quaternary ammonium compound that is a cationic surfactant which can be used to destroy the surface layers of bacteria, fungi and viruses, causing the bacteria and viruses to burst. This can be used to prepare detergents for public facilities and industrial use, fiber detergents, hard surface detergents, water-processing products and preservatives for slurry and timber. It still maintains disinfecting and antibacterial properties under hard water and high-concentration organic substances. It is biodegradable. Besides, it is an FDA-approved anti-COVID-19 ingredient for sanitizers.
