DOWSIL™ 1785 POE Emulsion
Small particle size (<1 μm) emulsion, made by high molecular weight silicone gel and anionic surfactant. It facilitates dry and wet-combing properties but does not interfere with foaming. It allows hair to be softer and have more shine without interfering with the quantity and quality of foams. This is applicable to two-in-one shampoo and hair treatment.
