DOWSIL™ 5-7113 Silicone Quat Microemulsion
Nonionic micro-emulsion of quaternized silicone polymer (particle size <0.1 μm) has great dry and wey-combing properties as well as thermal protecting properties. it can repair damaged hair and improve hair volume. Additionally, it strengthens hair curls, has setting hair, maintaining hair volume and color-fixing properties. This is applicable to hair wash, hair treatment and styling products.
