DOWSIL™ 7-3100 Gum Blend HIP Emulsion
This is a high inner phase content nonionic emulsion that consists of ultra-high viscosity silicone colloid dispersed in volatile silicone oil (particle size <1μm). Formulas are developed rapidly and simply, can be easily diluted with water, improve a formula’s skin touch, and the production equipment can be easily cleaned. This can be used to develop various skincare products.
