DOWSIL™ 7-3118 EBAP HIP Emulsion
High inner phase content nonionic emulsion that consists of silicone elastomer dispersed in volatile silicone oil and dimethicone (particle size 7-10 μm). Formulas are developed rapidly and simply, easily diluted with water, improve formula skin touch, and the production equipment is easy to wash. Can be used to develop various skincare products.
