DOWSIL™ 8500 Conditioning Agent
This is an amino ethylene glycol copolymer patented by Dow Corning. This can be applied to transparent or opaque products, has color protecting properties, and improves the color durability of semi-permanent and permanent hair dye. It is an excellent conditioner and has the effect of anti-tangling and smoothing on wet and dry hair. It does not need dissolving or suspending agents. This is applicable to shampoo, hair treatment, hair coloring and hair setting products.
