DOWSIL™ 9040 Silicone Elastomer Blend
With silicone elastomer dispersed in volatile silicone oil, this product can be used as an oil phase thickener that provides a special touch that is “cushion-like”. It has a powdery texture, and improve the comfort when applying by giving the product a dry, smooth and non-greasy touch. It descreases the stickiness of a product and also has the effect of oils absorption. It is cold processed and can be used in skincare, hair conditioning, deodorant/ antiperspirant, sunscreen and makeup products.
