DOWSIL™ 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend
Silicone elastomer dispersed in non-volatile dimethyl silicone oil (5 cSt). As an oil phase thickener, it provides a “cushion-like” touch and improves application experience. It gives products a dry, smooth and non-greasy skin-touch and decreases the stickiness sensation on the skin. It also absorbes oils and can be hot processed. This can be used in skincare, hair treatment, deodorant/ antiperspirant, sunscreen and makeup products.
