DOWSIL™ 9045 Silicone Elastomer Blend
This is silicone elastomer dispersed in volatie silicone oil that is smilar to 9040, but it is smoother and less chipping. As an oil phase thickener, it provides a “cushion-like” touch and improves application experience. It gives products a dry, smooth and non-greasy skin-touch and decreases the stickiness sensation on the skin. It also absorbes oils, improves the retention of fragrances, and can be cold processed. Can be used in skincare, hair treatment, deodorant/ antiperspirant, sunscreen and makeup products.
