DOWSIL™ 9546 Silicone Elastomer Blend
As a silicone elastomer, this can be used as oil phase thickener and provides a special “cushion-like” touch. It improves application experience, provides a dry, smooth, and non-greasy texture, as well as decreasing products’ stickiness and increasing fragrance retention. It can absorb oils, increase the suspension of antiperspirant salts, and be cold processed. This is applicable to skincare, hair treatment, antiperspirante/ deodorant, makeup and sunscreen products.
