DOWSIL™ 9576 Smooth Away Elastomer
Combining high molecular elastomer with beeswax and cosmetic powder can have embellishing, sebum controlling, smoothing, and blurring effects. At the same time, it can improve application experience and effectively enhance the consistency of a formula. This can be used in skincare, hair conditioning, antiperspirant/ deodorant, makeup and sunscreen products.
