A low D4/D5/D6 silicone elastomer gel that delivers a smooth, silky sensory profile with a matte appearance. It reduces tackiness and provides an excellent powdery after-feel. Cold-processable and suitable for skincare, haircare, deodorant/antiperspirant, color cosmetics, and sun care applications.
