DOWSIL™ BY 11-030 Emulsifier/Gelling Agent
A W/Si, W/O emulsifier with HLB value at 3.5. Can be used to prepare transparent colloid of low viscosity silicone oil. The colloid can contain up to 20% of oil-soluble ingredients, sich as mineral oil, esters and organice sun blocking agents. This can be widely used in personal care products.
