Hydrophilic elastomer gel.  Polyether-modified high molecular silicone elastomer mix with moderately volatile and skin- adhesively silicone oil carrier, not only maintain the elastomer’s orginal smoothness and non-stickiness on the skin, but also has excellent oil thickening effects and great spreadability. This is compatible with organic materials and can turn organic raw materials and alcohol-based systems into transparent colloids. Moreover, it can combine with up to 75% aqua, 40% glycerin, and give the product a refreshing touch.
