DOWSIL™ EL-9081 Silicone Elastomer Blend
Elastomer that contains low D4/D5/D6 and uses dimethyl silicon oil as carrie. The low ordor and high transparency is this product’s main features. It is compatible with most oils and performs well at thickening most oils. It doesn’t easily ball up and has great skin adhesion, which is especially suitable for foundation products.
