DOWSIL™EL-9240 Silicone Elastomer Blend
Silicone elastomer dispersed in volatile dimethyl silicone oil (2.0 cSt), can be used as oil phase thickener to improve application experience to provide dry, smooth and non-greasy touch to decrease stickiness of a product. It has oil absorbing properties and can be cold processed. This can be applied to skincare, hair treatment, sunscreen and makeup products.
