DOWSIL™ EL-9241 DM Silicone Elastomer Blend
Elastomer dispersed in non-volatile dimethyl silicone oil (5 cSt). This product is similar to 9041, and is a low D4 and D5 version that can be used as an oil phase thickener and provide a “cushion-like” touch. It improves application experience and gives a dry, smooth, and non-greasy skin touch, this allows products to be less tacky on the skin. Additionally, it absorbs oils and can be hot processed. This can be used in skincare, hair conditioning, antiperspirant/ deodorant, sunscreen and makeup products
