DOWSIL™ EL-9341 Silicone Elastomer Blend
A silicone elastomer dispersed in a non-volatile dimethicone (6 cSt), similar to 9041 and 9241, but offered in a low D4, D5, D6 version. It functions as an oil-phase thickener, delivering a unique “cushion-like” sensory profile. It enhances spreadability, imparts a dry, smooth, non-greasy after-feel, and reduces tackiness. Additionally, it absorbs sebum, is suitable for hot processing, and can be applied in skincare, haircare, deodorant/antiperspirant, sun care, and color cosmetics formulations.
