DOWSIL™ EP-9801 Hydro Cosmetic Powder
Silicone elastomer powder treated with silica and butylene glycol. There is no need the surfactant to disperse in water, and easy to use in various media. It has a smooth powder texture and can absorb sebum to form a blurring effect. This can be applied to various formulas, from makeup to toner.
