DOWSIL™ ES-5700 Formulation Aid
This is a new type of dispersant that contains diglycerin hydrophilic groups (does not contain EO, PO groups). It compatible with organic oils and silicone oils. It has high dispersion performance, can enhance color intensity, even skin tone, and reduce white residues of sunblock products.
