DOWSIL™FA 4001 CM Silicone Acrylate
Film-forming water resisting silicone oil （acrylic resin solved in volatile silicone oil） is compatible with organic sunblocking agent, pigments, and makeup ingredients. It has excellent water and oil resisting effects, as well as color-fixing (non-transferring) effects in makeup. Its film is flexible and breathable.
