DOWSIL™ FB-9586 Silicone Elastomer Blend
A silicone elastomer that has a smooth and silky touch, matte appearance, and exceptional powdery texture. It decreased tackiness and can be cold processed. This can be used in skincare, hair conditioning, antiperspirant/ deodorant, makeup and sunscreen products.
