DOWSIL™ FZ-2233
W/Si、W/Si+O emulsifier with 2.5 HLB value. It can be used as pigment dispersant and can withstand high content of AP salts and pigments. It can be cold-processed and doesn’t need to be homogenized. The emulsified particles are small and has a creamy and moisturizing touch but not tacky.
