DOWSIL™ ES-5300 Formulation Aid
A W/Si、W/O emulsifier with a 3 HLB value. It has Dow Corning’s unique dendritic structure technology and high oil phase flexibility, hence it is easier to choose oil phase. Additionally, it has high emulsification performance, which allows it to formulate stable and low viscosity formulas. It feels light and silky on the skin, has excellent pigment dispersion abilites, which makes colors more vibrant and has mild odor.
