STEPANQUAT® Soleil
Originated from natural sunflower oil, this product can provide that hair with great coming properties and assist in enhancing dyeing performance. It is not irritating or allergy-inducing and does not deposit on the hair, causing a greasy or heavy feeling. BTAC/CTAC that is on the market can be replaced by this ingredient. It can be used in sunscreen and foundation to provide excellent pigment suspension and SPF-enhancing effects. This is suitable for hair treatment, hair styling products, foundations and sunscreen.
