XIAMETER™ MEM-0949 Emulsion
Emulsion that combines amino silicone oil with cationic surfactants. It is a small particle size emulsion (0.4 μm) and has great wet-combing properties, which can reduce time on wet-combing. It can be easily diluted with water and has great stability. It is applicable to various hair conditioning, hair perming and hair dying products
